eAc projects are focused primarily on hybrid propulsion development and the related support systems for application to sounding rockets, tactical missiles, small orbital launch vehicles, and space tourism. Additional projects consist of research into advanced hybrid technology including high-density fuels, exotic oxidizers, solid oxidizers, and slurries. eAc research has been primarily funded by DARPA, AFRL, NASA, and private commercial clients. In house projects also include the design and testing of aerospike nozzles, aft-injected hybrids, a simplex LOX turbo pump, and an in-flight reaction control system.
